I have been passionately educating, studying and practicing mindfulness for the past 10 years and I am so excited to share my learning with others. With a few small shifts in our day to day navigating we can make a huge impact on the enjoyment of life by bringing more peace, love and joy in through mindfulness practices.

GROUP MINDFULNESS COURSE- ZOOM STYLE
Get a group of friends or co-workers and embark on a journey of weekly mindfulness topics and tools. Each week Michy will lead a 45-min zoom session which will leave the you relaxed, and ready take on the day with a handful of new tools to be grounded and bring yourself back to the present moment.
ZOOM MINDFULNESS SESSION
Bring more joy, peace and love into your lives. We will spend time discussing simple, quick and powerful techniques to help bring more mindfulness and present moment living into your daily life.
